The Foth Companies is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Lead Corporate Recruiter who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success. This position will be working out of our Green Bay, WI location.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead recruitment of engineers, technicians, and corporate staff to include candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting
  • Proactively execute innovative sourcing methods and strategies (i.e., networking, cold-calling, conducting complex internet research, attending conferences, trades shows, etc.), with a critical focus on identifying, attracting, and developing a high quality pipeline of passive candidates
  • Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape/industry trends, as well as market indicators which affect the recruitment of top talent; recommend actions needed and respond accordingly
  • Own and monitor effectiveness of full-cycle recruitment processes with a continuous improvement mentality; shift and adjust tactics as needed
  • Partner with Operating Unit leadership to understand resource needs
  • Coach/support recruiters with sourcing appropriate talent for open positions
  • Research and implement innovative sourcing ideas and strategies
  • Differentiate Foth within established recruiting network to generate qualified leads resulting in “first choice” position for high level talent
  • Display exceptional presentation skills and assume a leadership role in assuring that a positive experience, consistent with Foth’s employment brand, is created for all candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside recruiting firms; set and communicate expectations to drive results
  • Demonstrate broad understanding of employment laws and best practices in human resources recruitment processes and be accountable for ensuring Foth’s recruitment processes are in compliance
  • Utilize strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to consistently meet hiring deadlines
  • Seek ways to proactively enhance and deliver excellent customer service to hiring leadership, candidates, and team members into a results-oriented matrix organization
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with Foth’s Basic Principles and Values
  • Work collaboratively and build effective relationships with others
  • Communicate effectively across all levels within the organization
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Travel as required for field work and/or other client/business objectives (up to 30%)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum ten years of direct, full-cycle recruitment experience with a variety of organizational levels and competencies
  • Experience devising and proactively executing a variety of innovative strategic sourcing techniques

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience sourcing candidates for an engineering consulting firm
  • Established network in the engineering/scientific community
  • Proven track record of network development
