Lead Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Education VA

Texas Real Estate Academy will hire the best Virtual Assistant (VA) BECAUSE VA’s are needed in Real Estate to assist Real Estate Salespeople achieve their greatest potential! Whomever we hire will be a motivated, self-starter with real estate assistant experience who prefers to be the magic behind the scenes. Our VA will assist our Broker administrator in their daily activities AND track tasks/projects & research to completion for TX RE Academy. This VA will also track other’s progress in the same projects. We are looking for a long-term fit, who will be promoted as a we expand and design operating procedures for another VA to implement. A successful Virtual Assistant should ultimately promote to become the Lead Virtual Assistant. That new role will ultimately manage all other virtual assistants in the school and in the world of Real Estate for actual brokerages and independent agents. A DAY IN THE LIFE (DAY 1-180):

  • Content creation - instructors and brokers
  • Organize all licensing of the school
  • Document all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of educational content creation of the school
  • Share information and milestones of content creation with the production teams
  • Meet daily with the head of the school to ensure he is aware of status of all classes in production
  • Manage production schedule between instructors to ensure they are aware of each other
  • Organize & track the milestones for educational content
  • Document wins and losses to gain insight when future processes could be jeopardized
A DAY IN THE LIFE (DAY 180-365):
  • Language: fluent English with excellent writing skills
  • Train replacement to do everything listed in the first 180 days
  • Document all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of a “new division” program for the school
  • Share information and milestones of “New Division” between department heads
  • Meet daily with the head of the school updating his status of new content
  • Organize, track, the milestones for educational content of the “new division” the production
  • Document wins and losses to gain insight when future processes could be jeopardized
  • Document and coordinate a production tracker like Clickup.com or similar
A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Must have successful experience as unlicensed Real Estate Assistant. While our ideal candidate would not serve as a virtual assistant consistently, they must have experience as we develop content for our students and their Virtual Assistants who directly serve Real Estate Agents. A successful candidate must be willing to guide and coordinate with the school and other Virtual Assistants while we create procedures that guide the workflow between Virtual Assistants and their Real Estate Agents.   • Salary: Starting at 5/hour USD
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • 8 Hours per day in the Central Time Zone
  • Qualifications Experience: Real Estate, 1 year (Required) as unlicensed assistant
  • NOT licensed in US Real Estate
