POSITION SUMMARY


The National Field Marketing Manager will lead the development of regional marketing campaigns across all Lou Malnati’s locations. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, consideration and trial through localized brand building activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and own local marketing content calendar; develop creative campaigns to activate customers in each market
  • Identify local organizations and influencers to partner with in each market to increase brand awareness and relevancy
  • Manage team members executing grassroots marketing including events, sampling opportunities, referral programs, and local giveback programs
  • Conduct market research to identify unique demographics, behaviors and needs of customers in each market; develop local brand strategy based on consumer insights
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align marketing plans with local business needs
  • Define local media strategy for each market across digital and traditional mediums based on regional goals and marketing performance data
  • Oversee agencies and internal marketing team to develop local creative assets, deploy advertising, and analyze performance
  • 5+ years experience in a marketing or advertising role
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing tactics and experience managing media mix
  • A strategic thinker who uses data to identify marketing opportunities and assess marketing impact
  • A track record of success developing creative, engaging marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand loyalty
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate across all levels within the organization
  • A great collaborator who can work well with others within marketing and cross-functionally
