The Senior Marketing Analyst will leverage data and insights to develop impactful marketing strategies for Lou Malnati’s. You must have a strong business acumen and exceptional critical thinking that you employ to turn data insights into action. You constantly ask questions about how to use analytics to improve the business and make smarter strategic decisions. You have a passion for web and digital marketing and a desire to use data to create a better customer experience. You understand the impact a loyalty program can have on a business and how to measure and drive customer behavior.
Provide focused analysis of sales, marketing and customer data to identify trends, consumer insights, and strategic growth opportunities
Analyze marketing performance across all digital channels and make recommendations to optimize ROI and customer engagement
Quantify effectiveness of loyalty program and recommend actions to optimize rewards and program structure
Manage testing across marketing channels to inform decision making around message targeting, content, and promotions
Lead segmentation efforts across loyalty members and marketing subscribers and identify opportunities for targeted messaging
Utilize web analytics to measure online traffic and attribute conversions; develop insights to improve SEO and paid search campaigns
Analyze web and app behavioral data to identify areas for improvement in the online ordering experience
Develop reporting and metrics for our digital and customer efforts and determine what is reviewed daily vs. weekly vs. monthly.
Own marketing mix model and assist with budget allocation decisions
Play a key role in management of analytics vendors and agencies

Experience and familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies
Ability to focus on what will move the needle and not get caught in perfect data
Track record of building scalable strategies and executing strategies with passion and excellence
Experience using a variety of data and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, SPSS etc.)
Experience with web analytics and digital marketing analytics tools is a plus (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Google Adwords, etc.)
3+ years of experience in analytical roles
Bachelors degree required
