What Will You Do?: The Role:
The Employee Relations Coordinator will support the day-to-day activities for the Human Resources Department by assisting with activities related to setting up new hires, processing employee terminations, triaging employee complaints/concerns, and personnel file management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilites:
  • Manage Employee Relations email inbox by reviewing all incoming emails and distribute to the appropriate level/person.
  • Manage Employee Relations Hotline by answering all incoming calls and triage the issue before distributing to the appropriate level.
  • Review and respond to initial unemployment claims by phone, online, or paper for assigned area.
  • Ensure that all new hires are properly and timely entered in Ultipro and Salesforce and I-9s are completed for assigned area.
  • Review completed background screens for new hires and file or forward flagged background screens to Employee Relations Manager.
  • Ensure that terminated employees are processed properly and timely per state law.
  • Maintain personnel files for their assigned areas to ensure docs are placed in the correct file and are up to date.
  • Provide Leave of Absence request form upon request.
  • Assist with generating corrective action forms.
  • Other duties as assigned by HR management
The Perfect Match!: The Perfect Match:
  • 0-2 years minimum of Human Resources experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization in a collaborative way
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
  • Must have critical attention to detail and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with a customer service focus
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This includes the ability to generate basic reports.
  • Salary: $14/Hr. Full Benefits provided.
