Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Designer will report directly to the Art Director and Group Creative Director and will

focus on generating on-brand, engaging and user-focused creative content using print, digital and video media. This person will have their hands in a variety of projects.


  • Logo and Lock-up design, Color Palette Design, Type Design and Design of Brand Standards manuals
  • Brand application and acceleration: applying existing client brands to show elements including show looks, scenic design, signage, Maintaining brand consistency and pushing visual limits to “set the brand on fire” in the show experience.
  • Social media image, working with social media coordinator to design and direct the production of engaging content
  • Leading and working with graphics team of 2 or more people
  • Collaborating with video editor, producer, cinematographer, photographer as needed
  • Managing outside resources as it pertains to your role
  • Trade show booth design
  • Print collateral, signage, packaging and campaign design


  • TBD, based on project assignment


  • 8+ years on a creative team in an agency environment
  • 4-year undergraduate degree, preferably with a major in fine arts
  • Has extensive experience working with and or developing brand guidelines
  • Experience in participating in agency-like creative process including creative briefs, kick-off brainstorms, weekly review meetings & presentations to executives, and potentially our board of directors
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of branding, typography, and layout applied to brand marketing
  • Well rounded skill set including graphic design, website design, UX design, presentation design
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Keynote
  • Knowledge of standards and technology for web design and app design
  • Product photography (for social media, site & e-catalog) including editing & retouching
  • Design for video motion graphics preferred but not required
  • High ethical Ability to creatively problem-solve and exercise good business judgment
  • Ability to delegate tasks and implement changes appropriately and effectively
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


This job currently operates remotely. Once COVID restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so, the role may operate in a professional office environment.

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST.


Minimal travel is expected for this position.
